Rainbow Career Day

Luxembourg: cosmopolitan. Tolerant. Diverse.

Luxembourg is a "space of freedom for LGBTIQ+ people" and strives to implement a public policy that, on the one hand, promotes and protects the rights of LGBTIQ+ people and, on the other, rejects structural discrimination mechanisms.

On 30 October 2025, Rainbow Career Day will be held at the Abbaye de Neimünster in Luxembourg City.

The participating companies will present themselves as regional employers and explain why they consider diversity within the company to be an essential part of their corporate culture. 

Rainbow Career Day Luxembourg will be complemented by a parallel programme that also invites people to exchange ideas, engage in dialogue, get to know each other and make contacts outside the workplace.
