Financial benefits in the case of external redeployment

When the Joint Committee redeploys an employee externally on the job market, the person concerned is automatically registered as a jobseeker with the National Employment Agency (ADEM) and may benefit, depending on the case, from different financial aids:

Financial benefits in the case of internal redeployment

In case the internal (or external) redeployment results in a reduction of salary, the employee employment contract of is entitled to a compensatory benefit, which is equal to the difference between the old and the new salary.
