TMS – Simplify your recruitment across Europe

The Targeted Mobility Scheme (TMS) helps employers fill hard-to-staff positions by enabling them to recruit qualified and motivated candidates from another EU country, Norway, or Iceland. This support includes targeted mobility services and tailored financial assistance.

How does it work?

SMEs with specific recruitment needs must first contact a EURES advisor to establish a recruitment partnership. This step is essential to benefit from the programme.

What costs can be covered?

• Professional and/or language training for the recruited employee;
• Administrative support to facilitate their relocation (e.g., handling paperwork, integration assistance).
