Skills4Job training: inspiring testimonials illustrating support for sustainable employment

The Skills4Job programme, run by the House of Training in partnership with ADEM, and with the support of the ESF+ and the Ministry of Labour, is aimed at job seekers registered with ADEM who are aged 30 and over. It helps participants identify their individual training needs and realise their career plans, whether through upskilling or reskilling.

Train, develop and successfully transition your career

Through personalised support combined with group and individual training, Skills4Job helps participants develop both technical and transferable skills (upskilling or reskilling). Participants receive support in the following areas:

• enhance their employability,
• structure and optimise their job search strategy,
• improve their online presence,
• prepare their applications and job interviews,
• acquire the skills necessary to succeed in a new career path.
