Once completed, the anonymized form can be placed on ADEM's JobBoard.
Companies therefore benefit from a standardised single document that provides them with all the essential information needed to recruit employees with disabilities.
Three appendices summarizing the aids for companies usefully complete this part of the skills profile and make them aware of using these means in order to facilitate occupational integration of employees with reduced capacity for work .
