The "Entreprise, partenaire pour l'emploi" Label

ADEM’s employer partnership label

The "Entreprise, partenaire pour l'emploi" label, ADEM’s employer partnership label, was initiated by ADEM as part of its partnership with UEL (Union des Entreprises Luxembourgeoises). It aims to recognise and promote companies that are actively committed to labour market integration and inclusive recruitment in Luxembourg.

Who is this label intended for?

Major employers in Luxembourg, regardless of their sector of activity, who wish to formalise a partnership with ADEM.

More specifically, companies that sign a bilateral agreement with ADEM commit to transmitting their job vacancies to ADEM via an automated system and to allocate part of their recruitment to jobseekers registered with ADEM (including those who may be further removed from the labour market: young people without qualifications, long-term unemployed persons, people undergoing career changes, people with disabilities, beneficiaries of international protection, etc.). They also commit to taking part in recruitment activities organised with ADEM, collaborate in the development of tailored training programmes and maintain regular dialogue with ADEM in order to monitor the actions implemented and plan future initiatives.

Through this label, the company affirms its social responsibility in the field of employment and its cooperation with ADEM to promote the professional integration of jobseekers.

Companies already awarded the label

During the ceremony marking the 10years of the ADEM-UEL partnership on 30 September 2025, the first ten companies officially received the "Entreprise, partenaire pour l’emploi" label. These are:

  • Banque Raiffeisen
  • Cactus
  • Concept & Partners
  • Hôpitaux Robert Schuman
  • Hornbach Baumarkt
  • La Provençale
  • Luxair
  • Panelux
  • Sodexo Luxembourg
  • Stëftung Hëllef Doheem

Other companies are currently in discussion with ADEM and will receive the label in the coming weeks.

Why this label?

  • It embodies companies' concrete commitment to promoting employment, inclusion and diversity.
  • It helps streamline recruitment processes, as labelled companies benefit from personalised support from ADEM to identify and attract suitable candidates.
  • For jobseekers, particularly those furthest from the labour market, this opens up new opportunities for sustainable employment within a supportive and committed framework.
