The TMS programme promotes professional mobility and sustainable recruitment across Europe, ensuring fair working conditions and subject to eligibility criteria.

Who can apply?

Individuals who meet the following criteria are eligible to apply:

  • Jobseekers, unemployed or employed, aged 18 or over
  •  
  • Citizens or legal residents of an EU country, Norway, or Iceland
  •  
  • Interested in working, traineeships, or apprenticeships in another EU country, Norway, or Iceland

Specific eligibility conditions may vary depending on the type of support requested under the TMS programme.

How to benefit from the TMS programme?

The job offered must have a minimum duration of six months and involve at least 50% of a full-time workload.

To receive support, candidates must contact a EURES advisor or a public employment service officer.

The application for financial assistance must be submitted no later than one day before the interview. Applications submitted retroactively cannot be accepted.

Costs that may be covered:

  • Travel expenses for job interviews abroad

  • Relocation costs for taking up a job in another country
  •  
  • Language training
  •  
  • Recognition of diplomas and qualifications
  •  
  • Subsistence allowance during the initial integration period
  •  
  • Travel and relocation support for family members (in certain cases)

All financial support is subject to eligibility and must be applied for in advance.
