The "Company, Partner for Employment" label
The "Entreprise, partenaire pour l'emploi" (Company, partner for employment) label was initiated by ADEM as part of its partnership with UEL (Union des Entreprises Luxembourgeoises). It aims to recognise and promote companies that are actively committed to professional integration and inclusive recruitment in Luxembourg.
Who is this label intended for?
This label is intended for large employers in Luxembourg — regardless of their sector of activity — who wish to formalise a partnership with ADEM.
More specifically, companies that sign a bilateral agreement with ADEM undertake to send their job offers to ADEM via an automated system and to devote a portion of their recruitment to job seekers registered with ADEM (including those who may be distant from the labour market: young people without qualifications, long-term unemployed, people undergoing retraining, people with disabilities, beneficiaries of international protection, etc.). They also ensure that they participate in recruitment activities organised with ADEM, collaborate in the development of appropriate training programmes and maintain regular dialogue with ADEM in order to monitor the actions implemented and plan future initiatives.
Through this label, the company affirms its social responsibility in terms of employment and its collaboration with ADEM to promote the professional integration of job seekers.
Companies already certified
During the ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of the ADEM-UEL partnership on 30 September 2025, the first ten companies officially received the "Company, partner for employment" label. These are:
- Banque Raiffeisen
- Cactus
- Concept & Partners
- Hôpitaux Robert Schuman
- Hornbach Baumarkt
- La Provençale
- Luxair
- Panelux
- Sodexo Luxembourg
- Stëftung Hëllef Doheem
Other companies are currently in discussions with ADEM and will receive the label in the coming weeks.
Why this label?
- It embodies companies' concrete commitment to promoting employment, inclusion and diversity.
- The label facilitates the recruitment process: certified companies receive personalised support from ADEM to identify and attract suitable candidates.
- For job seekers — particularly those furthest from the labour market — this opens up new opportunities for sustainable employment in a supportive and committed environment.
