Hiring a young person allows a company, under certain conditions, to benefit from financial aids. This section informs you about hiring a young person under an employment initiation contract (CIE), an employment support contract (CAE) and the benefits provided by the innovative Jobelo project.
Employment Support Contract (CAE)
Public sector employers who hire a jobseeker under the age of 30, registered with the ADEM for at least 3 months, can benefit from the reimbursement of a part of salary and the total amount of social security contributions.
The aim of this innovative programme is to assist young jobseekers without qualifications to gain access to apprenticeship or employment.
Employment initiation contract (CIE)
The objective of the employment initiation contract (contrat d'initiation à l'emploi - CIE) is to ensure that a young jobseeker (beneficiary) receives practical training during working hours in order to facilitate his integration into the employment market.
