ADEM has expertise and effective tools to support you in your recruitment processes within the Greater Region and internationally. Following your job vacancy declaration to ADEM and to foster the national job market, your sector-specific counsellors from ADEM’s Employer Service will conduct a precise search for candidates matching the required profile in the database of jobseekers registered with ADEM.
If these searches yield no results, your job offer may be automatically disseminated (after a seven-day period) on the European Job Mobility Portal (EURES) and on the talent recruitment platform "Work-in-Luxembourg.lu". To enable this, it is essential to have previously chosen a public dissemination of your job offer (by checking the appropriate box on the job vacancy declaration form).
You also have the option to demand a certificate from ADEM for hiring a third country national.
