Sustain's experts have been working since 2013 in the field of continuing professional development, particularly in the trades, digital transformation and artificial intelligence. We work with business leaders to identify new ways of creating value and aligning the organisation, business model and skills of the company.

Approach

Based on an analysis of future strategic positioning, we determine the skills required of employees and use skills assessments to analyse their core skills (technical and technological, cross-functional (managerial, social, methodological, etc.) and innovation-related). The collection of this information enabled us to define a multi-year training plan tailored to the company's current and future needs. 

 

Who we are addressing

We support microbusinesses, SMEs and a number of large companies with several thousand employees. We have extensive experience in the construction, craft, transport, fiduciary, media and IT sectors.

My expertise is based on more than 15 years of HR experience supporting companies and employees, particularly in a context of transformation. I see change as an opportunity for growth, and I draw on my HR skills (performance management, competency model design, training, etc.) and coaching skills to facilitate transitions from a human and organisational perspective. 

Approach

My approach is based on an analysis of skills requirements and identification of necessary changes. Working closely with management and operational teams, the next steps will focus on jointly developing tailored action and training plans, with regular monitoring to measure progress. People and communication remain at the heart of the support process to ensure lasting transformation.

On the one hand, I am very familiar with financial services, and on the other, I have had the opportunity to support industrial companies, IT companies and start-ups.
