COSP-HR project

Project Objective

The main objective of the COSP-HR project is to assess the skills and abilities of jobseekers with the status of disabled employees and/or those undergoing external redeployment, and to support their (re)integration into the workforce.

Target Audience

Jobseekers with the status of disabled employees and/or undergoing external redeployment, who are unaware of their skills and have difficulties positioning themselves on the labour market.

COSP-HR Procedures

The professional and medical teams from the Rehazenter and the Centre Hospitalier Neuro-Psychiatrique, together with staff from the Centre for Socio-Professional Guidance (COSP), will assess participants’ work abilities over a two-month placement, taking into account their functional limitations and health conditions.

  • Social Skills Module (presentation, communication, job search, etc.)

  • Technical Training Module (workplace safety, back care, hygiene, etc.)

  • Language and IT Courses

  • Socio-Educational Support Module (current status review, evaluations, counselling, skills assessment, guidance)

  • Employment Preparation Module (CV, cover letter, etc.)

Throughout the placement, as participants work in various workshops, an evaluation sheet is completed to assess their skills and abilities. This aims to provide recommendations and promote (re)orientation and (re)integration into the labour market.

Speed-dating

Meet medically fit candidates who are ready to (re)enter the mainstream labour market during dedicated recruitment events in a “speed-dating” format.
