In the third podcast available on the European Public Employment Services (PES) network website, the director of ADEM, Isabelle Schlesser, talks about a theme that is dear to her heart: the evolution of the world of work, with the need to anticipate and develop future skills.
The recently launched podcasts offer a monthly opportunity for an expert or researcher to answer questions from a journalist. This initiative of the PES network, of which ADEM is a member along with its EU counterparts, aims to animate discussions on the current state of the European labour market and to address all interested citizens, beyond the experts. For the network, this project is also a way to highlight the work carried out by its members, with analyses and exchanges of good practices.
