The Open Data project of the Luxembourg government is part of the Digital Lëtzebuerg initiative. Its main mission is to support the access to public data provided by the State and administrations. As such, it implements and runs the platform data.public.lu, an open platform that hosts datasets and records their reuse. You will also find "ADEM statistics" on the Open Data platform.
