  • Any individual or organisation that has used ADEM’s services.

What issues can be reported?

  • Any matter related to ADEM’s responsibilities as defined by the Labour Code.
  • The quality of service provided by ADEM staff.

How to Submit a Complaint?

  • Please ensure you include your identification details.

Good to Know: Complaints can be submitted in Luxembourgish, French, German, or English.

ADEM carefully reviews all complaints and takes appropriate action where necessary.

Important: Filing a complaint does not replace the formal appeal process as outlined in applicable legal regulations.
