Employment support contract (Contrat d'appui-emploi - CAE)

Under certain conditions, the young jobseeker, graduate or not, entitles the employer / promoter who hires them to the right to benefit from the reimbursement of a part of his salary and of the entirety of the employers' expenses. The latter has the duty to provide initiation and / or practical training to young jobseekers (who will also attend theoretical training) in order to increase their skills and facilitate their (re-) integration into the labor market. An employer using a CAE must be able to offer at the end of the contract to the young either a real employment opportunity or a improved employability, thus improving their prospects of employment in the labor market.
